1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

- Quality Issues or Manufacturing Defects

2. Replacement Policy
A. Free Hardware Replacement – 1 Year
We offer free replacement for hardware components (zippers, metal trims, buckles, studs, etc.) for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
B. Bag Damage Coverage – First 6 Months
If your bag experiences wear-and-tear damage or any functional issue within the first 6 months of usage, you are eligible for a brand-new replacement bag at no additional cost.

- The product must be purchased directly from www.shimoh.com.
- The issue must not be caused by deliberate misuse or unauthorized repair.
- Original proof of purchase may be requested.
